![]() It’s very rewarding to be able to figure things out yourself, so once you get the hang of Xojo I think you’ll love it. ![]() True when the record pointer is at the end of the set of records. Dim rs As RecordSet rs db.SQLSelect('SELECT FROM data') If rs <> Nil Then rs.MovePrevious If rs.BOF Then MsgBox('BOF') End If.I really do appreciate that you try things before coming here and demanding example code (this happens a lot!) so keep up the great work! If you check out that textbook and the Xojo manual you’ll find in the Documentation folder you may find things start to click. The only way to set the RecordSet to be before the first row is to use RowSet, which is not supported by all data sources. I know you’re coming from AppleScript, but I would start with It’s a nice “textbook” that teaches the basics of Object Oriented Programming while teaching Xojo at the same time. We’re all very happy to help, but the errors you had with the example code from the documentation are considered very basic things. ![]() You were given example code from the documentation, and when it didn’t work you couldn’t see the errors. ![]() I would say, as shown by what happened in this thread, that this statement is false. Many thanks in advance.Sasha, I have the time or I make the time, but I find if someone gives me the code, I learn faster from that. The default is True.If False, the user cannot tab into it to give it the focus. Would greatly appreciate any advice, insight, comments, etc. If True, the RectControl is in the Tab Order and accepts the focus when the user tabs into it. Why am I losing the MSH segment text? Did not have this problem on MacOS. Latest Xojo, Windows 11, working/running in Administrator account.
